Shipping and Delivery
Unlike many other websites that have special rules and lots of fine print, HUSH Canada’s shipping policy is simple and transparent!
Shipping is Always Discreet
All orders placed with HUSH Canada are shipped in plain, brown boxes or unmarked manila envelopes to ensure your privacy.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled by multiple fulfillment centers located across Canada. Because of this, your order may arrive in separate parcels depending on item availability and warehouse location.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 6 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once each parcel ships.
Shipping Carriers & Tracking
Our fulfillment centers ship via Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, and ICS Courier, depending on the item and destination. All shipments include:

Orders valued under $99 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $19.95 + tax*.

Multiple Shipments
HUSH Canada partners with multiple fulfillment centers, so items in your order may ship from different locations. This means:

Undeliverable Packages
An order may be deemed undeliverable if:

The address provided during checkout was incorrect. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Delivery attempts were made but the parcel was not collected from the courier within the designated time frame.
Privacy & Security
To ensure your privacy, all orders ship in plain brown boxes with the return address listed as our fulfillment center. Charges on your credit card statement will appear discreetly.

Returns & Replacements
HUSH Canada is committed to customer satisfaction. Return and exchange requests are handled on an individual basis. Please note: opened items are not eligible for return or exchange due to Canadian laws, hygiene standards, and the intimate nature of certain products.

Return shipping costs are $12.95 and will be deducted from your refund or must be paid when return instructions are provided.

Customers may choose to return items at their own expense, in which case HUSH will not charge the return fee.

Items shipped in error or deemed defective out of the box will have free return postage.

Manufacturer warranty returns may be subject to the $12.95 shipping fee unless otherwise specified.
Final Sale Items:
All lingerie, undergarments, lubes, lotions, toy cleaners, bath & body products, adult toys, and novelty items are final sale. Lubes may freeze in winter; allow thawing before use.

Return Window:
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original invoice date.
Damaged Shipments
HUSH will accept returns for damaged shipments only after prior approval. Items with cut, removed, or tampered security stickers are not eligible for return.
HUSH is not responsible for defects caused by customer error. Manufacturer warranty claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer unless otherwise noted on your receipt.
How to Return Damaged Shipments:

Contact sales@hushcanada.com for an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and further instructions.

Once received and inspected, HUSH will:

Ship replacement item(s), OR

Ship similar replacement item(s), OR
Process a refund in accordance with our policies. Refunds will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 2–10 business days for the credit to post depending on your card issuer.

All orders ship in plain brown boxes with a discreet return address, and charges on your credit card statement are non-descriptive.
Payment & Security
We accept VISA, Mastercard, and PayPal. All transactions are processed over a secure SSL-encrypted server. Credit cards are processed by Moneris, a trusted, real-time payment processor. HUSH does not store credit card information on our servers.
Viewing & Tracking Orders
You can view your order history in your online HUSH account (click here to login).
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email and a shipping notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can track your order at any time HERE.
